Morning Zoom Workouts

Join me every Monday-Friday, from 5:45 AM to 6:30 AM central time for a 45-minute strength workout via Zoom from the comfort of anywhere! The only person seen or heard is myself instructing! These engaging sessions are suitable for individuals of all genders, ages, and fitness levels. While the workouts focus on burning body fat and toning muscles, I provide modifications for each exercise to accommodate every level!

For your convenience, all the workouts are recorded and promptly sent to your email every morning by 7 AM & are available for 72 hours! This allows you to complete them at a time that suits your schedule if the live version doesn’t work. This flexible option comes at a flat monthly rate of $45! To start your fitness journey, you need resistance bands, two sets of dumbbells (heavy and light), and a bench, stool, or chair.

As an added bonus, I start the workout with an encouraging quote & end it with a valuable nutrition tip! If you wish to start your fitness journey in the middle of the month, I prorate your cost. To streamline your fitness journey, I utilize a cutting-edge personal app that serves as your all-in-one companion. It keeps you on track, shows the exercise demonstrations, has your personalized nutrition plan in there and facilitates regular weekly check-ins with me to monitor your progress effectively!

By understanding the impact of these macronutrients on your body and fitness objectives, we can create a customized healthy & sustainable count that aligns with your goals!

I will provide a one time macronutrient calculation with fine-tuning your macronutrient targets based on factors such as your activity level, body composition, and desired outcomes. This approach will help you optimize your energy levels, support muscle growth and recovery, enhance fat loss, and achieve overall well-being. You will also be given a guide book of my favorite brands, tips, & tricks!
